okay well i bought a 1994 ranger changed head gaskets and dumped oil and cleaner ... put back to gether and its fine apart from when i first start it up it seems to misfire but when i start going its fine ... sometimes when i am at a stop i try to accelerate but it stalls or it just stalls after i attempt to make a stop any ideas that anyone can help me :D please ... i also throws white smoke but stops when i drive for 3 mins ( does this almost everytime when its cold , im thinking its the minor antifreeze that is still in engine from flush gonna change oil in 3 weeks hopefully this will stop minor white smoke)

Have you checked you cap/rotor/wires? As well as your fuel pressure?

Possibly a small vacuum leak. Check your hoses and listen carefully for a hissing sound.

when you replaced the head gaskets, did you have the heads magnifluxed? did you replace the head bolts? did you follow the proper torque sequence and torque to the proper final torque setting?

white smoke is burning antifreeze, meaning somehow antifreeze is/was still getting into the cylinders. it possible that your head gaskets werent the original problem, but rather a cracked head.
