Explorer 8.8 with Explorer stock leafs...

Relocated the front spring mounts and installed the leafs backwards....

Started pulling the TTB today...

Had throw the 35 under there to see how it would look.

I should have it out tomorrow.

Finally had some time today to work on 2.0 some more...

The coil perches moved to center over the axle so they sit center under the Rangers TTB frame coil buckets.

Frame brackets...

Axle ready to go in...

Lower arms in...

Upper link in...

Going to try and get the track bar done tomorrow and hook up the brakes. I need some parts from the junk yard for the steering.

LMAO problem is more of these rigs you have around the more you have fix. Which means less time to build the new one. And I blame the weather. :D Had to be one of the worst Feb since I lived in CO.

Steering is in. Nice so I can drive it in and out of the shop when I have time. Another snow storm coming tomorrow. Ugh.... This has been a sucky Spring so far with all the snow.

Drove it around some. Still need to gear the rear axle and finish welding the perches up. Suspension is super soft I love it. I have feeling it will ride even better then Double R. I need get the 4 link going on Double R here soon.
