I will post some pics tomorrow or Monday. It rides good. I got it out on the highway for the first time yesterday. I got it up to about 70 MPH no death wobble. The only vibrations are from the rear tires not being balanced. It needs an alignment, but I will have to take it to jackson (about 70 miles away), because we don't have a very good front end shop around here.

Looks good, but I do recommend plating the frame all the way around where you mounted steering box, stock frame will colapse with out lil extra added to it.

I drilled out the two holes that go through the frame and put some 1 inch pipe all the way through and welded it on the outside, seems to be doing good for now. I have about 300 miles on it so far. Thanks for the advice!!

Hey RangerToy,

Could you post some pics of the radius arms where they attach to the frame mounts? Great job by the way!

X2

and I speak from experience, I had a similar setup on a SAS sidekick and on the rear suspension of my landcruiser.

they work great and probably wont fail, but they're not made of any hardened steel or alloy and they will wear out very quickly and become sloppy.
especially on the trac-bar, when mine wore out, it drove like the tie rod ends were really loose and the truck had all kinds of wander.

that being said, I have tractor links on the rear of my landcruiser, and have had them on for like 8-years now, they are loose, and they clunk when I go from foreward to reverse, but they still hold up and the clunking is annoying, but tolerable, but the 'cruiser isn't really a dd rig.

My opinion, dont use them, especially on the front axle and no way on the trac bar, they'll work for awhile, but look to replace them when you can.

by the way, nice build.
