Hi guys I have a question for you r the rear leaf springs the same for a 90 ranger and a 90 bronco2 the reason I ask is because i bought a set of lift springs from rough country and they r shorter then my stock ones I called rc and they said the spring fits both when I looked at the lmc catalog they show different part numbers dose anyone know any help is appt

if the axles are the same, I would think that the leafs are the same. I could be wrong tho..

if the ranger has an 8.8 and the bronco has a 7.5 inch rear end, that might be your difference...

How are you measuring? You should measure along the arch, not straight across.

Yea that's how I measured them my stock ones r 3.5 inches longer then the rough country ones

And your stock springs are probably worn and quite flat.....lift springs can look shorter as they have more arch. Once the weight is on them they are the proper length.

And Yes, B2, Ranger and Explorer rear leafs are all the same length. Just different spring rates.

My springs r only 5yrs old less than 10 thousand miles but they r from lmc stock replacement but u r right they look pretty flat I got 3inch blocks on now that screwed them up I guess but thanks for letting me know that they r the same as the bronco 2 now I know I shouldn't have any problems putting them in again thanks to all who helped me out
