Will the rear spring hangers from the 90 to 04 rangers work for a 89 bronco2?

The ford parts man told me the rear hangers for the B2 are obsolete and not available, he said he has no dimensions so I cant measure to see if it will fit.

Thanks.

i just make them work.

bolt the bottom on and use a stepdril for the new top holes.

to be perfect you need to space em out about a half inch....i am not perfect with my junk but if i was working on someone elses i would space em out.

Yeah this thing is a pos that is just gonna be driven around in the woods, so no need for perfection.

I dont know about the lmc hanger, because the one I got from ford for the ranger had different spacing on the bolt holes. I did like bobbywalter said and drilled them out. worked great.

I bolted mine on temporarily with just the two bottom bolts, then drilled out the two top holes to match, using the spring hanger as a guide.

Easy peasy.

You can see the old top holes out further:

dude....did you see how much a b2 hanger cost:icon_rofl:
Dear god. Someone would make a fortune selling fabricated ones at even $50-75 after seeing those. I bet LMC is about the only place that carries them too.

FWIW, RockAuto has the Ranger rears for $14.22 each.
