I used to drink monsters like that. I sat at work and after 4-5 days of 4-5 a day I woke up and was staring at my computer screen. I realized what crashing meant.

Dude you're going to have kidney stones by the time you're 16. A friend of mine drank them like you do, and it was destroying his liver. The doctor told him to stop because it was literally killing him. Not to mention that five cans a day costs more then I spend in gas and lunch in one day. Save your money for your SAS, and not kidney stones.

Sorry. Not trying rain on your parade man. It's true though, and you could also become diabetic. Energy drinks are horrible for your body. Not that I'm a health nut or anything. I don't drink them because I've reaped enough havoc on my body as it is. With the amount of beer I drink, and cigarettes I've smoked over the years you have every right to call me a hypocrite. But at least now you know.

Too much of most of the crap is not good for you. One of our welders in the fab shop dropped one of the hot days, everyone thought he had had a heart attack, called the EMT's. He'd been drinking 5-6 cans of Mountain Dew and had way too much caffine.

Well you're young and your body will bounce back quickly from what ever you do to at this point. :icon_thumby: Enjoy it because it won't last forever. What ever you do just don't start smoking or chewing.

So my wife told me of a pick me upper she learned about while she was flu like on the job. Redbull and orange juice. She said it woke her up and knocked out any grogginess present.
