Removing manual hubs

I found an explorer at the bone yard with manual hubs already converted, i have been having numerous problems with my auto hubs, i took the shell off the manuals, what is needed to get all the components off of the explorer so i can put them on my ranger???

o and the explorer is a 93, i have a 94 ranger

If you're in a pinch, you can loosen them off with a hammer and drift.

it's bad if the explorer you get your hubs from has the nuts finger tight? weird :)

they and I both got lucky on that one... I don't know how they didn't die with both hubs having the lock nuts not even finger tight.
