my 93 ranger 4.0 5-speed starts right up, but when i go to drive i spits and sputters unless i pin it to the floor. it does that untill its warmed up. once its running at normal temp it runs perfect. besides for it runs wayyy lean and causes temp to start climbing. any ideas?

mine does the same in 25 degree or colder weather, or after its warmed up, if i shut it off for about 20 minutes, it does the same, but after 30 seconds or so, it "clears up" maybe an egr valve stuck????
