I have a bronco 2 that is pretty much a off road only rig and I want to put some 4'' lift springs on the front and shackles and blocks on the rear. Heres what Im asking, can I run 4'' lift springs up front with everything stock, but shocks and swaybar removed ?

No. You'll need drop brackets for those, extended (or at least relocated) brake lines, a drop pitman arm, alignment bushings and radius arm drop brackets or extended arms. And you'll want shocks.

The longest you can run with stock brackets is a set of leveling coils, for 2" or so of lift. And you will sill need alignment bushings for that, at the very least.
