No I built the frame and had it upholstered, It clamps on like a canopy so i can take it off easy.

questions?

Yes the tire is on the ground. Most of my flex is in the rear, it is better on my rig to keep the boggers from siping themselfs on everything. The front does flex after the rear is done. The detroit does a great job of propelling me when the tires ore off the ground.
