Okay, well nothing but problems with the 2.3... It's a 91 2.3 that just had the ICM, plugs/wires and coil pack done. And after all that, the timing belt went! I got the new belt on and what appears to be timed correctly (10* BTDC) but it still won't start. I didn't have to remove the crank pulley or anything, so what could be the problem?

10* BTDC is for ignition timing. for the belt/valve timing, you need to have the cam marks lined up and the crank at TDC.

'91 is dual plug, so it's not timable...

If it won't start, was the crank sensor still intact? It would be what I would look for, pull the crank pulley and look at it, a lot of times when the belt breaks it will bunch up around the sensor and beak it

Yeah, I meant to come and post in here... I took the crank pulley off last night, and what did I find? None other than a smashed CPS. Soooo... that should do the trick. Cam mark is lined up, so it should pretty much be "plug 'n' play" I hope...

She runs! Thanks for any and all help, guys. Found that AFTER I pulled and installed the new CPS, that when the belt broke it piled up, broke the middle magnet off the CPS, and that little magnet piled up and bent the harmonic balancer. So, it rubbed on the new CPS. So I just bent it back as close as I could to straight, worked anyway. Had a little tick for a while, but it's all good now!
