I have a worn out set of Swamper SX's on my truck and need to buy new tires. I love the SX's, however I want something that will stay balanced and not shake stuff loose on my truck. Anybody have any experience with the swamper SSR's, or the TRXUS MT's? I want something that will not puncture easily on sidewall, or tread as I end up in some bad places sometimes. Any recommendations on other tires? Let's hear it!!

Iroks.

We use IROKS on our Jeep. We aren't far enough on the Ranger to know how they work on Rangers. But we use them for everything. I don't think we've has a puncture or rip, not even a cut. The 39.5's we bought were abused by a rock competiton buggy, and they are pretty beat up. But don't leak or anything.:yahoo: We also have some 37's that are about 92% tread, in almost perfect condition.:yahoo:

The LTB's I had were good offroad wore like iron on road, I am running some 37 inch SSR's right now that work even better airred down to about 10PSI, these will never see the road as the truck never will. The boggers I had were by far the best offroad but sucked for on road driving.

Your comparing a Bias swamper to the lighter duty radials, that opens the door to all the other generic MT's....

If you want another tough mostly offroad tire look at another set of S/X's, LTB's or get some Pitbulls.
