You can get the inspection done here. Just tell them that you are doing it here for that area. A lot of people have cabins, land, second homes, ets, that they spend a lot of time at, that are in other locations. They want to have thier car regestered in that location. This is why they do this. Most people don't take advantage of this or know about this. Just give the Inspection station the other address first thing and they will do the rest. Also the dmv will change your address to the new one. Make sure your family doesn't throw it away. Don't ask.

you don't have to "tell them" anything, safety inspection is state sanctioned therefore valid anywhere in the state. emissions are county sanctioned so therefore only valid in each county, with the exception of obdII emissions tests which will transfer from one county to another.

for example i got my obdII emissions done at the shop i run in ogden, and the certificates applied for salt lake county

My rear leafs busted, so I was forced to put my 4" blocks back in. I'd rather not wheel it with the blocks in...

I'll be getting a new set soon enough, then we can go wheeling.

Mine wouldn't display at first, and after I got in Photoshop and reduced the file size it worked. If you have Photoshop, use the "save for web" feature and reduce the file size.

I'm in Utah... But out in Roosevelt. And my BII will probably be bone stock for quite a while.... except I will build a rear bumper and tire carrier similar to the RRO crawler II for the samurai.
