I'm having an early death for dinner, sausage gravy over biscuits.

Had an early death for dinner last night too... loaded perogies more or less boiled in butter.

We had Bacon.. Eggs and Southwest hash browns last night. Big pot of spaghetti with garlic bread the night before. I did also make some venison stroganoff last week. Love me some venison...

We actually had stroganoff for dinner Tuesday lol.. not with venison though havnt had any in a few years. I do like venison much more than moose.

I'm freezer diving tonight. Either leftover Chicken Pot Pie or Baked Mac n' Beef I made over the last few days.

My grandfather... at Christmas time... would make what he called Christmas Keilbasa. A local butcher... Beecher Meat (let that sink in a bit) would make Keilbasa with a special blend of spices for Christmas time. Was so good and the family loved it.

At a grocery store I don't typically shop... I found this...

It's amazing...

It's a bit pricey but I'm gonna see if they have any left and buy a couple more.
