Today driving home from work I was going along good then suddenly my truck just started bogging out so i floored it and it went good again. When i was stopped the idle dropped from my regular 1500+ to below 1000. Then it started running really rough until it slowly died. I started it up having to give generous gas and it fired and I had to keep reving it to stop it from dying. Weird thing though this happens intermittently. It will be going good then just bog out. I know one of the o2 sensors is bad because a while back I got some rich/lean codes and once warmed up the motor misfires due to faulty o2 sensor. So I am thinking O2 senors and IAC. Does anyone else have this problem or would suggest other things to look for? thanks
ps anyone know a good way to get rusted/seized o2 sensors out?

Probly not clogged fuel filter because it runs good when it is running good plus I changed it recently.
