Well I have a 4" Rough Country lift installed from back when I was in high school. Long story short, a hole was punched in my d35 from the RC drop plate. This isn't a big deal since I was already planning on swapping in a d35 with 4.56's and a locker...BUT I don't want the same to happen to this one too. :bawling:

Should I buy some skyjacker brackets or something?

What is that little bracket in the top of the picture of the the Class II for? Thanks!

pretty sure this is a very well known fact about the RC brackets and d35's don't mix..

get some VMS or skyjacker brackets for sure.
the little bracket is extra support.

Huh, VMS? Never heard of them before. I did a quick google search but nothing came up. Do they have a website by any chance? Thanks

i have a set of the villain motorsports brackets.

they are stronger then any other part of the frame. they accomodate v8 sbf and 350 gm swaps as well.

if you can scare a set up get them. i wasted some beams and tweaked my duff stuff up but the vms brackets stand true....they are frame killers.
