Didn't know that was a vacuum line! Thanks, I've now tested with that one as well.the port at the top of the manifold, with the molded elbow in place, would give the most consistent readings. It is pretty central to the flow, while the other port is hidden as to where it connects.
In the scope of things, it probably is not necessary to get exact numbers, so any port will do for most ballpark testing.
