You sure its an air leak? Not a hole in a vaccum line over there? I know its speed dependent, but at those speeds you may have just the right vaccuum conditions (throttle position, rpm, etc) to make the whistle.

You could do a simple leak test if you have a rear sliding window. Open the window and put a box fan blowing air into the cab and try to seal the fan to the window as good as possible then start spraying soapy water around the door and window that you hear the noise coming from. Also be sure to shut all the vents inside the cab as well. The more air tight the better. If there is a leak then this may show you where it is coming from. This is how we test for leaks in big RV's. Yes our fan is designed for this but it still finds pinhole leaks in a 40 foot motorhome. Should work on a small truck.

I have this same problem on my car! I think the window just needs to be adjusted so it closes alittle tighter. One of these days i'll get around to taking it over to my tech.

I know on my truck the driver side window leaks a little when rolled up all the way. if I put my hand on it and put pressure on it toward the rear while is it rolling up it seals better.

My guess would be a window seal, door seal, windshield seal. They all leak when they get old...wait no nevermind they leaked when they were new too, they just get worse as time goes by and today speed limits are even higher so those leaks become more annoying LOL.
