hey whats up. can i drill out spot welds on a rear fender with a normal drill bit or do i need a spot weld drill bit?. i looked at some and saw theres 2 kinds..a hole cutter one and a regular dril bit. and how many welds would be on a 94 ranger rear fender to take it off the bed? thanks

is it easy to replace a rear fender on a 94 ford ranger short bed? what kind of tools do i need and do i need to do any welding. or replace the whole bed? thanks
