I’ve been looking for a 7/8 lowering kit or something that would work. I looked at the 5/6 lowering kit and it’s not low enough for me. Anybody have anything lower that could give me some advice?

If you want it that low, I would research some sort of airbag system. You can't drive it on most streets that low can you? You could lower the height for looks, and then raise it for practicality.

Explorer Rear end Has leaf springs under the axle. Swapping one into a Ranger lowers the Ranger 4-5", use the 5/6 kit on that axle and you'll be slammed in the rear,
