If you havent been keeping up with my conversion you will know that im having fuel pressure issue. Right now im swap this tbi designed pump back for the original pump, and i found out that the o2 wire got pulled out at a splice probly due to my steering wheel shaft. Could this be causing my fuel pressure to drop while accelrating to the point of not being able to pass 30mph once the engine gets warmed up?

No, not having an O2 hooked up with only cause it to dump fuel because it cant read the air/fuel ratio.

Right so as you press on the throttle more and more it keeps dumping more and more gas and the pump cant keep up?

No it stays in open loop which basically means it throws more fuel in to prevent damage from running lean because it can't tell the difference.
