2004 Ranger FX4 for $7500... is it a good deal?

I'm checking out a 2004 Ford Ranger FX4 with leather seats mp3 cd player, the FX4 rims, BFG All terrains, dual exhaust and 65k miles for $7500. Looks good, only has a few scrapes on the fender flares and on the tailpipes. It also has a faded FX4 sticker. other than that looks AWESOME... but sounds too good to be true. What do you guys think?

sounds like its right in line. I just bought my loaded 08 fx4 for 19,890 so a truck thats 5 years old with 65k on it and some chips should be about 7-10 grand depending on your area. a truck like that in NJ would be 10

Run a carfax on it. Sounds like a SUPER deal to me. Crawl under it and make sure all the FX4 stuff is under there (skid plates, bilstein shocks, etc). Could just be a 4WD with some FX4 decals on it!

Sorry to inform you all, but after taking a more detailed look at it, the thing has been wrecked. My conclusions are either: a). Considering a hurricane plowed through the area this summer, a bigass tree fell on it. or b). The guy rolled it over.

this thing has body work and the rear doors have pretty massive gaps on the upper rear corners of the cab.

Damn! I had my hopes up. I thought i was getting a nice FX4. A brand new one i test drove would be $24k.....too expensive i think
