I took videos as I was installing the Skyjacker 3.5-Inch suspension kit and finally put them all together in one video.

Nice work. Me and @sgtsandman saw first hand that it ain't that easy.
ARB front locker in the plans?

I looked up the price on the kit. It wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be. Did they provide the kit free of charge as long as you gave them some publicity or just gave you a steep discount?

No, actually I told them that I was the owner of TheRangerStation.com and that I have used their kits since the late 90's, that my TRS-2 still uses the same kit I installed in 2004, and asked if they would be willing to contribute a kit to the build so I could stick with their brand.

It would be interesting if you wanted one, called them, told them that the owner of TheRangerStation.com installed their kit and loves it, and asked them if they could offer any kind of discount so you could go Skyjacker instead of one of the lower cost brands, and see what kind of response you get.

I could message the owner of the company and see if they could offer any TRS discount if you want, but I hate to do that and then nobody actually order anything.

It's a FX4 he should have a rear locker factory
He was asking about a front locker.

Mine doesn't have the factory rear locker. If money was no object I'd get both ARB lockers and their skidplates and front bumper. Money however, is an object.
Besides the initial cost and installation, ARB's instructions for the rear locker say that Ranger's ring gear is welded to the carrier so you also have to get a new 3.73 ring and pinion for a Jeep Gladiator that uses the same rear axle.

I need to get the 2011 where I want it first. It needs the most work and I'd be less concerned about damaging it than the 2019 I'm still paying for and is still under warranty. I also have to consider that the 2019 is the "family truckster" and backup vehicle in case one of the other ones breaks and the girlfriend, who is partially disabled, needs to be able to get into the thing. So, I need to tread a bit lightly on what I do to the 2019.

I didn't see the front part. I've looked into it and I've seen a company is working on a bronco front diff conversation with the front electric locker. May be easier than getting the Gladiator gears and stuff to convert. I'll see of I can find it again.

Well I called my buddy in Georgia and asked if he'd actually put it in. He has. Said you can order a front diff straight from Ford. You have to make sure it's not the Sasquatch front diff. Evidently he says it's got a different gear ratio. But said you can get 1 with the 4.70 like in the Ranger with a elocker. You have to get a custom front drive shaft made a little shorter and run aftermarket CVs. He said really only on passenger side but why run 1 beefier CV axle. He says he's got it all together but hasn't had a chance to get it out yet. He's also doing a turbo swap with new intercooler and down pipes and everything. He's said he should be back on the road in the next few weeks.

So he used the M210 with 4.46 gears from the non-Sasquatch Black Diamond?
(Not that I’ve been looking into this or anything.)

Am I going to sound lazy if I ask what the difference is between a Ford Ranger front diff, Bronco front diff, and Sasquatch front diff? Asking for a friend.

The Ranger has a M190 (7.5”) front diff, the Sasquatch runs a M210 (8.25”) front diff with 4.70 gears and a E-locker.
From the looks of it, the Bronco Black Diamond non-Sasquatch may have a M210 w/ E-locker and 4.46 gears and be a somewhat easy swap into a Ranger. I’m not 100% sure yet, but I’ve started looking. I’ve almost hit 3k miles, why wouldn’t I be looking into swapping axles!?!?

Ok, we need to stay on top of this and find out if you can put a 2021 Bronco axle in the front of a 2019+ Ranger.

Need to find all the specs and dimensions.

I asked him. Wished he would just join the forum. He said he went with a 4.70 m210 out of the Bronco with the elocker. He also bought the 4.70 rear gears from Stage 3 Motorsports for the rear. The M210 an 1.5 in wider than the factory diff. Which is why you have to run the passenger side Bronco axle. Pur front diff is like 23 something inches wide where the Bronco is about 25. He's a member of Ranger5G. Maybe why he won't join here. But he said when he finishes and gets it done and tested he will do a write up about it on there. I'll just copy ot and share it with everyone here on the best forum 😎
