4 low not working

so i have a 94 ranger with the m50d transmission and the 1354E transfercase i believe, its electric, i press the button and it will go into 4wd but wont go into 4lo, the fuse isnt blown or anything and from what ive checked everythings hooked up, what could this be?

yep, nothing when i press the button, the manual Tcase that comes behind the 94 ranger with the 3.0 and manual tranny, will it bolt right up? what all modifications would it take to make it work for me?

As the manual swap goes , it is a cake walk.
Be sure that you get the floor plate and shifter boot and surround that holds the boots.
The only thing I have not gotten completed when I did the swap , is the indicator lights .
I also took the dash piece ,to get rid of the push buttons.
