What do you guys think about putting a 5.0TB and 5.0 19lb injectors in a 2.9? I saw the page in the tech library for the TB conversion and was wondering what would it give me? I have been told that 5.0 mustang injectors would fit in my 2.9 fine. Would the they kill my MPG? I was also thinking about putting a cold air intake in it. And would I need to get a new computer? I saw that this guy in the article said that he ran his for 6 months without one, but I've also seen that its better that you do replace the computer.:icon_confused: I need some help.

That stuff is way over kill for your stock motor. :) FWIW, I have a kit/adapter plate for that when I was going to super charge my engine that was based off the write up in the technical library. The bigger injectors will give you runability issues, the stock flow more than enough fuel for the engine's demand of air.

the mods aren't worth your time, you won't see any positive gain in doing what you outlined. Keep it stock and in good tune and its the best thing you can do.
