I found a local shop that said they can make a set of Stage 3 heads for me and then dyno tune the PCM. "Supposedly" they have done them for the V6 Mustangs and achieved an average of 35-40 Hp over stock. That seems like a lot from just porting/polishing the heads and re-grinding the cams but maybe with tuning it's possible. With just a CAI, headers, an electric fan and an SCT X4 I notice a significant, seat of the pants, increase in my truck. Anyway, if they can get just 30 Hp, I'm wondering how much the stock tranny can handle!
