Many times there is a sticker on the radiator support that shows a diagram of how the vacuum lines should be connected. You can buy vacuum hose in different sizes and fittings from any auto parts store. Then just go through the diagram line by line and re-plumb it. If the sticker isn't there, ask for it here and someone may be able to post a picture of it for you. It may also be in the "How To Tech" section of this site.
