88 ranger no spark or fuel

ok guys no spark or fuel in my 88 ranger 2wd 2.9 v6 5spd

so far ive replaced the eec and fuel relays

i have power at all the fuel relay wires except the orange and blue wires which i believe send power to the inertia switch

also have power at the eec relay and coil not very good at this stuff could use a bit of help need the truck in a couple days

Sounds like the pump may be bad. When you turn the key can you hear the fuel pump run building up pressure?

The 1988 2.9l should have a TFI ignition system, inside the distributor is a CMP(cam position) sensor, this tells the ignition module and computer that the engine is turning over so to start sparking and to start the fuel injectors.

Just because you have power doesn't mean you have a way for that power to return to the negative terminal, I.e. Check all grounds.
