94 4.0 code 341

O'Riellys just ran the codes for me on this 94 Explorer, it cam up with a 341, and then 111.

the 341 according to Chilton is a octain reading switch open, or something like that, how do I fix that ?? new knock sensor ??? also where is the knock sensor ??




111 is pass, so I'm not worried about it .

According to the codes in the tech library on this site. 341 is an information code only, to inform you that an octane jumper is installed. i.e. nothing to fix. The tech library is a wonderful thing.

Well something is wrong, the check engine light keeps coming on, the engine when floored acts like it's flooding, and it has a bad gas knock, I even tried running a tank of the 94 octane through it and it still isn't right.
