I've had my slave line off before a few times, always went back on but not this time, the line is acting like its completely locked out and won't snap in at all I've even had my long prybar on the end of it. I'm lost at this point, no youtube videos showing this problem, any help or advise would be appreciated

Have you tried some sort of penetrating oil on the connector?

My credo
Drive it, Break it, Fix it, REPEAT !
A Random Thought. Open the bleeder, then try to connect it. I've had the same problem with mine a couple times, the bleeder made the difference. Welcome to the club.
