Is this pretty straight forward or are there any gotchas waiting for me. I have done a fair amount of pad replacements and have not been stumped yet.

nothing to it, a 13mm socket and a c clamp and your good to go...

One thing

While you have the pads off remove the anti rattle clips (the stainless steel pieces)
and chip away any rust that may have formed on the caliper brackets.

that rust can "bubble up" and reduce the intended clearance betweent he bracket, the sclip and the pad and result in the pad binding in the caliper bracket.

If you really want to be "nice" shoot the bracket surfaces with a bit
of paint before you reinstall the clips.
