Just pulled the driver side cv axle from my 1998 ranger, this bearing and plastic ring were snap ringed onto the outer spindle, do replacements from oriellys have these already attached or will I have to reinstall on new part? What are these parts called? Axle has been ordered and will be here tomorrow

I'd bet you are reinstalling your existing parts - PVH hubs are rare beast so not sure anyone still carries those parts (I doubt they come on the replacement from Oriellys.
