Might be a bit pricey, but when all else fails, check with your local FoMoCo dealer. I was surprised that I was able to get a new fan knob for my 92. Even the junk yards wouldn't get off of one without replacing the entire control head... I know its a slightly different item, but you never know...

Those appear to be the same as my 90. I have a couple of those in my parts box but I'm in California. If you can't find one locally, shoot me a pm.
