anyone running 36" tires on a 5.5" superlift???

just picked up a set of 36x12.5x15 super swamper tsl. will it fit with my lift? im running 15x12 rim and i hope that it will stretch the tire, making it shorter. it measures 34.5" with it not even mounted.

anyone have this wheel and lift combo or something close to it so i can see if its even possible?

The 12" wide rims are too wide for a 12.5 tire, especially if you air down any. That tire needs a 8" wide rim.

they will fit...just be ready to trim stuff and bumpstop

also am 8 or 10 inch wheel would be better

10in wheels would be perfect........... I run 9's with 11.5 in.

Ask yourself, do you really want a tire and wheel combo that's going to stretch/warp the shape of the tire???

i agree 12" wheels are way too wide for that tire, 10" wide wheels work good or if you plan on really airing down to low pressures use an 8" wide wheels, and be sure to post pics when you get them on!

im currently shopping for 10" wheels but those are the only ones i have laying around in the garage so i figure i might as well put em to use for now. hopefully i find a good deal on wheels locally. i have 31x11.5 on those wheels now haha, ill send a pic when i get a chance

I'm running 36x12.50 TSL SX's on 15x8's and they are perfect.

Running right around 4.5" of susp lift, 3" body lift and cut fenders.

thanks you for the last input. now i know for sure that ill have to cut alot of my fenders off lol. cuz i just have a 5.5" and no body lift yet
