Ok, I want your fella's opinion. you can view my bumper by clicking the link below. I am going to spraying the bumper with a coating called durabak. www.durabakcompany.com .. I am going to be using the textured dark gray coating. Anyways, I made a 1 piece aluminum diamond plate panel to cover the front of the bumper where you see the steel diamond plate panel and extend all the way down and fold over the skid plate which is aluminum diamond plate as well. My questions is, should I spray the aluminum diamond plate panel and skid plate with the same coating? or should I leave it the chrome color it is? The steel diamond plate is for the roller fairlead, so I am leaving that there and just covering it all up with the aluminum piece. All your opinions are greatly appreciated. I just havnt cut the hole for the fairlead yet. Here is my bumper. http://www.dskellogg.com/rangerbumper4.JPG and http://www.dskellogg.com/rangerbumper5.JPG

First, nice bumper. Looks good.

If you leave it uncoated, it will get scratched and start looking nasty over time.

I would coat it all.
