moved my '84 BII out of state to it's new home last weekend. Along the way the right front caliper caught fire . . loads of fun. Has only 58K original miles, but something locked, probably hose collapsed; my guess. Was able to find caliper and pads, but not the hose. I ended up using a F150 hose, just had to bend the metal part of the hose some, worked perfectly. Anyone else have one lock and catch fire?? Made for an interesting sight at the gas station :D

You gotta love the old F150. Seems like a lot of times if you want to get a part for another Ford vehicle, just take it off an F150.

I re-did the door hinges on my Town Car and beefed up the pins and bushings by using an F150 set.
