SOUTH East coast might require a M/T..
The northeast is all mostly all ledge, and whatever little topsoil we have before you hit said ledge Is usually super sandy and drains really well.. so we hardly know the true definition of MUD. Totally opposite of the south. Down there your soil is way different, much more clay content or something.. you want huge balloon tires to hopefully help you float across the mud-hole.. because it's thick, sticky, and bottomless. Up here.. you want a pizza-cutter that'll dig you down to that solid ledge that'll provide the bite you need to move forward.
