cherry bomb fell off.....Check engine light turned off

title pretty much says it all, the check engine light has been on since i've had the check. the previous owner said it was a valve thing that had to do with emissions. Didn't affect the truck didn't care. I swapped in a cherry bomb glass pack and after a recent off highway trip it decided to remove itself. This is the weird part. my dummy light is no longer yelling at me.:icon_confused:



it fell off right where it hooks-up to the cat the little bracket rusted out and gave. i don't really think thats pertinent but thats what happened.
