Comp Cams part number "1450-16" lists for $175.99; will these work on a 351 Cleveland?

OK, I read thru that thread and there seems to be a 50-50 split on using the BBC rockers. If the geometry works out with em, there's no problem with em. Anyone worth their salt who fails to check the geometry with even the stock rockers (and this in regard to the last poster there making the point about the stock rockers working for 100K miles)-----Who wants to do a build up with all the upgrades, then use the stock stamped steel rockers with the aluminum sled fulcrums?) You can just as easily go wrong with Cleveland specific rockers if the geometry's wrong. My Canfield heads on my 331 are made for SBC rockers, which in many cases work with many Windsor heads.http://www.network54.com/Forum/119419/thread/1224297591/Chi+head+-+rocker+question
It's obviously your engine.....do as you like.
OK. Thanks for the information. No, those are rail type rockers for the Windsor's.
OK. Thank you for the information. You need 351C specific rockers.....over on the Cleveland forum, they even illustrated why BBC rockers (which are apparently close) shouldn't be used.
