double cardan driveshaft needed asap!!

i was going to put this in the for sale wanted section. but i really need to get the news out.

does anyone have the double cardan shaft out of a Bii laying around for sale or cheap??? bent mine on a rock and it destroyed the pinion as well. so i went sunday to the JY's, i found one bii out of five places. but i picked up a L/S 8.8 with disks for 50 bucks.

havent been around here in awhile so heres some updates.
NO UPDATES lol besides that my Bii goes 25mph in front wheel drive.... been so busy with work, wife, baby boy on the way, and the Corps that ive had little time to wheel. but now that its wheeling season here in north texas, i break lol.

here is an old pic of the driveshaft from the last axle swap (back when it was straight).

it measures 34 and 3/4 compressed, and 35 and 3/4 extended.
thats measured from flange to flange.

Okay, I have one that fits your style, but its a little short at about 28 inches compressed. I didn't measure the extended length, but I can measure it tomorrow and send pics if you still want or think it will work for you...

if its the same style then it will work. i can extend the main tube and have it balanced. the part that keeps me from fixing mine is that its bent at the slip joint, to replace the joint is around $170, then an additional $35 for balancing.

What a shame, I have 2 of them lying around but shipping from ALaska would probably cost more than what you'd have to pay for the new slipjoint....
