Got my stage 2 kit on Wednesday, so I started the grinding/drilling of rivits that same day. I think it was 5 on each spring mount, 4 on the tranny cross member, 4 on the left side axel pivot bracket. Fun stuff, pretty cool at night. I am a little PO'd at James duff right now, one of the axel pivot brackets was shipped seperatly, and will not be here till Tuesday, I received the rest of it last wednesday. Not to mention they wanted me to pay the shipping on the piece that was sent late. Too much petty BS is keeping my truck on jacks for an extra week.

That sucks! I know all about the frustration of part delays. I've had the front pretty much done on my truck since Monday, but has a snaffu with rear leaf spring bushings that has had the truck sitting on stands until today. Now I should have the parts I need today and finally get this thing bolted up and aligned and get wheelin!

I do have to say I'm very impressed with the Duff hardware, and the guys have been super cool every time I've called in. Sucks they are trying to charge you shipping for that part they missed, but I think once you get using the kit you'll be real happy. They've been very very helpful to me too when I've called in with questions even though I'm a second-gen owner of this kit.

Take some pics to share too!

Heck yes, going to post up some pics here in a few minutes over in my "Transformation" thread. Got the truck back on its own wheels and took it for a test drive and she feels real solid. Alignment on Monday then its time to hit the trails!
