Western union has buyer protection. Does the seller not have ANY "cash app"? Most credit cards and even credit unions have stop payment options in case someone tries to burn you.
I know if I needed one... I would probably take the chance with @cyclejohn It's probably close to the last one on the planet at this point. I've spoke to him before and I feel he is legit and probably a decent fella in real life.. I know he posted it up on the Bronco Corral too. I personally feel he is just offering a good deal on a hard to find part to help somebodies project.
