Back story: blew a radiator hose back in January cracked the heads. Replaced heads pcv valve and new battery... when the truck gets up to temp it has a weird noise almost like a squeaking pulley but coming from the motor. Read it could be the camshaft synchronizer so changed that and no dice. Sounded like it was the oil pump. Lifted motor jacked Trans changed oil pump. Still making this noise. I'm stumped What is this noise?

Thats a new one.

It seems to be to slow to be related to engine RPM.

Try taking the serpintine belt off and starting it (just 15-20 seconds wont hurt anything) and see if it goes away....if it dont you can rule out any belt driven stuff like a water pump or power steering

that does not sound good.
get a listening device, stethoscope, small hose, whatever, and move it around.
+1 on the belt removal.
