Bought a 79 with a 460 and it had 44's on it but they sold them. I give 500 for the truck. It has a c6 auto and a nice camo paint job. Should have pictures up by thursday and oh it has 5.13 gears.

Thursday!?! You can't bait us like that for two days! I personally think the 79 F-Series is the best looking Ford truck they've had.

Personally I think the front end from the 73-77 was the best one..especially on a FSB :)

Just because not a lot of people do that. And I'm biased because I had a '76 F250 for a while.

Good score though. And hurry up with them pics!

I'm always biased to the 67s. First year of that body style, ridge side, not dent side. I love'em. Hard to find in 4x4 though... but if I found a 79 laying around, I'd snatch it up in a heartbeat for my next project.

Got these pics today??

KRUGFORD I would have to agree on the 67-69 body styles oh and I've got 2 of them both 4wd 4spds one's got a 360 w/stock 2bbl running on ford 9inch and dana 44 I think. and the others got a 390 with 4bbl 650 cfm on 35 inch mudders
