Thanks! She is coming around for sure. Its locked front and rear and I am really happy with the whole suspension system. Biggest issue now is that I just can't go slow enough, even though its geared to 4.56. I think an atlas and a new transmission is in my future.

Front and rear are both James Duff bumpers. They aren't cheap, but the build quality is some of the best I have seen in offroad armor. Actually, the price isn't that bad if you compare them to aftermarket Toyota or Jeep offroad bumpers.

I wondered why I didn't see one on here... that explains it. I would have to create an account.

My question that I was trying to track down was tire size and type. Are those 33x10.50's on stock 7 inch wide wheels?

Yes sir they are - stock rims, 33x10.5r15 Maxxis Razr MTs. A 3 inch lift and they fit just fine, no spacers. I have done some very minor trimming to accommodate the rear tire when it is stuffed. Offroad they tuck up nicely due to the skinny width.

They only issue is that, because they are so skinny, the truck feels a little more tippy on the highway and in corners. Most guys run 12.5 width 33s and also use 1.5 inch spacers. That makes for 6 to 7 extra inches of track width! And at that width, more trimming might be needed.

Also, they are a real deal mud tire, so it feels a little less glued to the road above 50 MPH. But a mud tire is a mud tire.

There are only a few companies that make that size: BFG Ko2 and KM3, Open Country MT, Maxxis Razr MT and General Grabber X3. In the future I might go Ko2, just to get some road manners back with that kind of AT tread.

Gotcha...

I need to replace my wheels and tires on my new rig. I would likely bend up the 10 inch wide wheels and 33x12.50 tires are like 16 years old and zero miles. I'm going to go 33x10.50... maybe even Cepek Extreme Country. I also have a pretty nice set of factory Alcoa wheels... but I don't really want to run spacers. I really want to add a bit to the stance width.... for the same reasons you just pointed out.

When I look at your BII all I can think of is;

That's an awesome rig.
