http://www.summitracing.com/parts/FMS-M-4204-F288/ is this one worth a damn? im on a big budget and need a posi and for 200 it aint bad if i can put a couple more clutches in and make it lock tighter

you can probably get one used for half that or less. Why not just get a lockright automatic locker...not much more than that and no messing with clutches....clutches that WILL wear out.

you said you were on a big budget...... why not get an auburn, or detroit. something like that. those will work wayyyy better than a trac-lok. plus you can put more clutches in but when you go up in horse power and bigger tires it is like a tranny clutch if you throw too much at it the clutches will slip.

when i said big budget i ment very little cash lol if i had a bid budjet id be asking about SASing with rockwells...

if you wanted a factory trac-lok find out which axle you have, and look on ebay, all over the place, just sold one for an 8.8 for 50 bucks...

Get a locker, don't waste your time with anything else

Go lunch box locker, then you dont have to spend more on gear setup with the L/S. Or if you can set up gears........ still get a drop in locker.
