Do you just plug the return fuel line at the fuel pump on the 5.0 swap?

Yes, just seal/plug the Return line
It needs to be sealed so EVAP system will still work and not set a code

Thanks, just wanted to make sure. The engine is a 2000 GT 40p, next problem will be passive system. Still trying to find a PS Resivoir, they are scarce.
