Gimme some suggestions

I'm making a parts list for my Vic so I can look up prices and know what I'm gonna need to save up and budget to get stuff. I'm most asking about sound, but if you want to suggest a good set of headers (that are affordable) for the 5.0, go ahead. I'm most inquiring about sound and pipe sizing (I prefer answers from direct experience, but all answers welcome)

I want to run true duals, and the sound I'm looking for is a very clean, smooth rumble at lower RPM's and a still clean but louder report when I open the taps a bit, but nothing thats obnoxiously loud. I don't want too quiet though, as I do love hearing a nice exhaust note while cruising around. It would be nice to have a bit of a roar at higher throttle tho.

If anyone could suggest mufflers, good pipe diameter, and headers if you've tried some out, I'd appreciate some suggestions. I'm a big fan of value for money, so anything in that category that suits what I'm after wold be great. If you already know prices, feel free to post them up as well.

ALSO, I'm gonna have the piping custom bent, so no systems. I just need to pick out hardware.

claw hammer to the stock mufflers sounds decent on a vic... lol. we did it to a friends PI on time. till he replaced it w/ BORLA
