Resorted to this forum in the hope that there is someone that can help. I own a 2004 Ford Ranger 'Extracab' 2.5TD 4x4, not seen in the US. i am shopping for options from suspension to panels and extras. besides the few visible differences LH Drive /RH Drive V Motors and Auto drive lines 5 studded wheel/Discs Hubs, I am wanting to find out if the basic dimensions are the same. Chassis/Frame, Body Panels, Diffs/Propshafts / CV shafts, Axels etc. Wanting to purchase lift kit, convert rear axle suspension to 4 point /coil over shock, change body panels rear load box, front fenders, upgrade Headlights /taillights. so can anyone tell me the two models are the same similar or what. Tried the dealers but not one can satisfactorily verify the similarities.

Welcome to the forum

You have a South American made Ranger, 1996 thru 2011, scroll down to South America Production: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Ranger_(Americas)#Variants
They are "about the same size" but not sure on wheel bases

Or you have have an International Ranger, 1998 thru 2023, seen here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Ranger_(international)

Both had the 2.5l TD option, our North American made Rangers did not

In either case I have no info on specs of either of these so................can't say what parts would be the same
