how to load profile picture

can someone explain how to upload a profile picture on here? i got a picture in my email of my bronco but when i try to upload it it says its invalid image..any help?

I'm actully currently dealing with a simular problem i'm sent myself some pics from my phone to my e-mail then triied to put them on my myspace but it wouldn't let me. First time try'n it but it won't let me tranfer them directly to any where so I had to save them to my computer first then I could download them to myspace or wherever then you should be able to tranfer to your profile.

I uploaded it, but it's not showing up as an Icon when I post.

oh you need to upload it as a avatar then, go to user cp click on edit avatar, post link there then save. it'll then show up on the side of your posts.
